About the Job Role- Trainee – Manual Testing
As a Trainee – Manual Testing at Wipro, you will be part of the HR Services team, working on client-specific configurations and testing of Wipro’s proprietary benefits platform. Your responsibilities will include system setup, writing and executing test cases, resolving defects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role demands a blend of technical skills, sharp analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a structured, process-driven environment that supports your professional development. Job Responsibilities:
Configure systems and customize client-specific logic using proprietary internal tools.
Design and execute test scenarios through both manual and automated testing approaches.
Perform SQL queries and CRUD operations
Analyze service tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure defect resolution
Participate in documentation, walkthroughs, and process reviews
Teamwork with cross-functional teams during office hours.

Skills Required
Technical:
Basic understanding of SDLC
Manual testing knowledge (exposure preferred)
Proficient in SQL, DB2, and relational database concepts
Familiar with QA methodologies & system testing
Communication & Collaboration:
Strong written and verbal communication
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, team player, quick learner

Interview Process
Level 1: GATE Assessment (Logical Reasoning)
Level 2: HR Round (via MS Teams)
Level 3: Managerial Interview (In-person – Gurugram)
