Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates from 2024 or 2025 batch of any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.) with minimum 50% in academics. (49.9% not allowed)
BCA, BSc – CS, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics must have minimum 60% in academics. (59.9% not allowed)
No standing arrears allowed.
Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG. (59.9% not allowed)
At joining, candidates must have minimum 60% aggregate in UG.

1. Analyst Trainee – Aligned to Multicloud
Key Responsibilities
Execute activities as per SOPs/Runbooks.
Follow customer security & compliance standards.
Maintain communication etiquette with clients.
Meet productivity & quality benchmarks.
Contribute to continuous service improvement (CSI).
Take part in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Act as a buddy for new hires.
Adhere to Cognizant policies (security, LP, etc.).
Role Expectations
Must be client-focused and comfortable working with global users.
Willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
Open to relocating anywhere in India.
2. Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
Log, track, and close tickets with accurate documentation.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues to prevent downtime.
Collaborate with IT teams for escalations.
Maintain and update knowledge base articles.
Role Expectations:
Must be client-focused with excellent communication skills.
Strong technical fundamentals.
Work from office and work in rotational shifts.
