Open Roles & Responsibilities:

Software Support Engineer

• Develop and test software components based on requirements and low-level design

• Write, optimize, and test database queries and stored procedures

• Perform manual/automated testing and resolve technical tickets

Application Support Engineer

• Maintain enterprise applications through effective query writing and testing

• Diagnose and resolve issues via test execution and ticketing system

• Ensure software aligns with business logic and design requirements

Technical Support Specialist

• Deliver first-level support for IT systems and log incidents

• Troubleshoot hardware/software problems in coordination with IT teams

• Maintain self-service documentation and enhance the support knowledge base

IT Operations Associate

• Monitor IT infrastructure using SOPs and operational guidelines

• Ensure compliance with security protocols and communication policies

• Manage production servers, scheduled jobs, and application uptime

Qualifications:

• Degree Required: Any Graduate

• Eligible Batches: 2023, 2024, 2025

• Experience: Freshers

• Strong interest in IT, tech support, or system operations

• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
