This role is designed for dynamic and motivated engineering graduates who are eager to begin their professional journey in a manufacturing and operations environment. The selected candidates will assist in plant production activities, material coordination, and process optimization while contributing to Voltas’ high standards of operational excellence.

🧠 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support production planning and execution across daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

• Monitor plant operations to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Assist in inventory tracking, audits, and quality assurance checks.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic understanding of production planning and plant operations.
