Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
Strong foundational understanding of Agile methodologies, OOP concepts, and modern software development practices.
Exposure to at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or similar.
Awareness of AI concepts, including introductory understanding of Generative AI and modern AI capabilities.

Responsibilities :
Frontend Engineering :
Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces.
Hands-on exposure to modern frontend frameworks like React, AngularJS, or Vue.js.
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript standards and UI best practices.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product teams, and backend engineers.

Backend Engineering :
Develop robust backend services using languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Understand and implement RESTful API standards and integrations.
Familiarity with server-side frameworks: Spring MVC, Express, or Django.

Full Stack Engineering :
Ability to work across both frontend and backend layers.
Participate in discussions around architecture, API design, and system scalability.
Understanding of Scrum/Agile workflows.
Basic knowledge of tools like Git, Jenkins, Travis CI, or related DevOps utilities.

Mobile Engineering :
Experience building mobile apps for Android or iOS platforms.
Knowledge of frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
Familiarity with mobile dev tools including XCode, Android Studio, and SDK languages like Swift, Objective-C, or Java.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate mobile apps with cloud APIs.
