Google is inviting applications for its 2025 Apprenticeship Program across multiple domains – Data Analytics, Software Application Development, Digital Business Marketing, and Project Management.

✅ Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical exposure.
Less than 1 year of post-graduate work experience in data analytics.
Candidates should have Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Chrome, etc.) or similar applications.
Strong command of English (written & verbal) for training and execution.

🌟 Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of SQL programming.
Strong interest in numbers, data, and analytics.
Ability to solve ambiguous tasks, seek guidance when needed, and work independently as well as in teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data assessments, identify anomalies, and prepare knowledge-sharing documents.
Conduct customized analyses to generate insights for Google’s customers.
Use data-driven approaches to measure the business impact of Google’s media recommendations.
Develop expertise in the data lifecycle and apply techniques/tools for actionable business insights.
Organize and analyze data using spreadsheets and programming languages.

⚖️ Important Notes:

A candidate who is applying must not have participated in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs.
Aadhaar linked to an active mobile number and a valid personal email ID are mandatory for verification.
Apprentices must complete the full program duration to earn the completion certificate.
FTE (full-time employee) opportunities at Google can only be pursued in the final 3 months of the program.
This is a hybrid role – regular office presence is mandatory. Relocation is not supported.
Selection process will take 18–20 weeks.
Candidates can select their preferred office location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Gurgaon / Mumbai.

📚 About the Apprenticeship:

Duration: 24 months
Apprenticeship Structure: role structure is 80% live projects with Google teams + 20% structured training.
Mode: Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week).
Apprentices will be matched with teams across India and may be eligible for relocation assistance (if moving >100 km).
Note: This is not a permanent employment role.
