About the Job Role: Analyst Trainee

The Analyst Trainee role at Cognizant is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their IT careers across key verticals like Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services, Integrated Smart Operations, and IT Services. Based on your background and business needs, you will be aligned to a specific domain and trained in relevant technologies, tools, and client environments.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary based on alignment, but generally include:

Managing data operations, including querying, updating, and structuring logic using stored procedures.
Executing manual and automated test cases, analyzing service tickets
Monitoring and supporting production servers, infrastructure, and cloud environments
Providing first-level IT support to clients and troubleshooting technical issues
Maintaining documentation, participating in knowledge sharing, and adhering to SOPs
Working in 24×7 shift environments and being flexible with location and technology.
