A Candidate will have following Responsibilities -

Software Design and Development : Create and develop embedded software modules to meet both explicit and implicit product needs.

Documentation : Write and maintain clear design documents for the firmware development activities you undertake.

Troubleshooting : Identify, debug, and fix software issues and faults efficiently.

Process Adherence : Follow the company’s software development processes and procedures.

Project Support : Help the development leader meet project deadlines and milestones.

Collaboration : Work with global engineering teams to ensure the successful development of embedded software.

Programming Expertise : Proficient in Assembly and C programming with strong debugging skills.

Microcontroller Knowledge : Experience with 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers, including ARM Cortex-M and ARM Cortex-A.

Electronics Experience : Familiar with analog and digital electronic schematics, circuit boards, and component datasheets.

Communication Protocols : Hands-on experience with wired communication protocols like UART, I2C, and SPI.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Wireless Protocols : Familiarity with wireless communication protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, and TCP/IP is a plus.

RTOS Experience : Experience with RTOS-based embedded systems like uCOS III, FreeRTOS, Embedded Linux, or WinCE is preferred.

Additional Programming Skills : Knowledge of higher-level languages like Java or scripting languages like Python is advantageous.

IoT Experience : Experience with IoT applications is a bonus.

Proactive Attitude : Approach new challenges with enthusiasm, energy, and a sense of urgency.

Effective Communication : Communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences.

Customer-Centric : Build strong relationships with customers and deliver solutions tailored to their needs.
